Private Lesson-Draft Work/Carting

Service Description

One hour Private lesson with trainer, dog and owner for Draft Work/Cart Training from beginning level to advanced. Harnessing, hitching, maneuvering, basic obedience, course work and freight haul. Owner must provide correct harness and cart or travois properly fitted for the dog. Prerequisite for Draft Work lessons-the dog must have basic obedience commands-come, wait/stay, sit & down. Dog must be at least 1 year old and physically. sound.

Cancellation Policy

Payments & Cancellations Payment is due at time of scheduling training session. Classes will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather unless determined by the trainer to be a danger to all parties i.e. lighting, dangerous road conditions or road closure. No refunds for "no shows" or "make up" sessions will be given for any reason. Rescheduling of a session is by trainer approval and availability only. $20.00 will be charged (deducted from prepayment refund) for cancellations done at least 14 days prior to scheduled lesson otherwise no refund will be issued.
