Common Questions
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We process orders within 24 hours to ensure you get your training materials as quickly as possible.
Are your sign sets AKC and ASCA compliant?
Yes, all our printed rally sign sets are strictly designed to meet the latest standards set by the American Kennel Club and the Australian Shepherd Club of America.
Can I return an item or request a refund?
All sales are final and I don’t offer returns or refunds. Rally and Obedience regulations can change often and without notice, but I regularly check the official association sites so your order reflects the most current revisions at the time you purchase. I’m not responsible for updating or replacing signs or guides if the rules change after your order has shipped. Every order is carefully checked before it goes out; if you notice any problem with your items, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package.
Do you offer bulk discounts for clubs?
We love supporting the dog training community! We offer special pricing for bulk orders from AKC or ASCA affiliated clubs. Contact us directly for a quote.
How do I care for my printed materials?
What materials are used for the signs?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth if they get dirty. Avoid exposing them to extreme direct heat for prolonged periods to maintain the integrity of the lamination.
We use heavy-duty, weather-resistant cardstock with high-quality heat lamination. Our materials are designed to withstand outdoor training sessions and repeated use.
